Noodling |
| SYNOPSIS: Fascinating
and humorous look at a slice of classic Americana--the
sport of Noodling;
ie; catching really huge, carnivorous catfish by using your fingers as
bait. From ancient Indian times, the art of noodling is
kept alive by
a rapidly disappearing subculture of Oklahomans. This PBS production
was an official selection to the 2001Toronto International
Film Festival and
Audience Award Winner at SXSW 2001. |
